One in 10 of the country’s forty four million-strong youth population faces state, new analysis by World Vision People’s Republic of Bangladesh has claimed.
The organization says barriers to employment embody a scarcity of skills and opportunities, further as favouritism, social stigma, and a poor quality of coaching and certificate enfranchisement.
However, despite this bleak outlook World Vision says seventy two of the youth population of People’s Republic of Bangladesh have an interest in receiving vocational education to assist them gain employment.

Among these vacancies, the first class has 48 thousand 793, the second category is 65 thousand 83, the third class is 2, 6, 760, and 79 thousand and 261 in the fourth grade. Of these, about 50,000 temporary posts (Dhaka) will be recruited in the third and fourth class posts. Public Administration Ministry Secretary Foyez Ahmed said that the initiative has been taken to fill the vacant posts.
Finally, the Government Jobs Act is coming into force from October 1. Although the constitution has the obligation to make laws for the employees of the republic, no government has ever made this law before. They are directing government employees by issuing rules, policies, and guidelines. In the meantime, the secretaries have been asked to implement the instructions issued in different departments of the vacant posts. The recruitment process is being finalized in other posts other than the first class post, which will be appointed on an ad hoc basis.
